Subscription Policy
At Keto Box Hub, we offer subscription boxes of the keto meal plan. Our subscription policy is simple and easy. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used boxes or for cancellations made after the billing cycle.
Refund Policy
We understand that you may not be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will provide you with a refund or a replacement box. However, we do not offer refunds for partially used boxes or if you change your mind after receiving the box.
